Makena Landing, Maui
Is a beginner to intermediate Scuba Dive Site, with depths of 45 feet on the outer reaches. Entrance to the dive is about a minute walk from the parking lot.This site is the south side of the point where 5 Caves is located Caves. You can find caves, swim throughs, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles White tip Sharks here and the fingers of lava that create the reef system. Go to the right side of beach & follow reef on right when looking out to sea. There is restrooms and a shower
Directions: At the South End of South Kihie rd., bear left up hill. Continue to the T, turn right to Makena Alanui. After 2.2 miles, turn right onto Makena Road. In .3 miles, you'll see the entry.
